We are an online shopping destination without a physical store front. We have offices in Toronto & Montreal, Canada and can also offer limited private appointments in both cities. Call us to arrange a fitting or to sell your vintage items!

GARMENT CARE
All of our garments are pre-worn, unless otherwise specified in the listing – this includes our modern fashions. Every garment is thoroughly & carefully inspected, cleaned and repairs are made when possible. We do everything we can to ensure a well cared for garment. However, due to the ageing of vintage fabric, please be aware that fading, discolorations and yellowing may occur. All other flaws are clearly indicated in descriptions and/or photographs. Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat. Note, the hue of a garment may differ between computer monitors. Please contact us if you have further questions.

PRICING
Our prices can be displayed in several currencies using the drop down menu. Checkout prices are in USD.  Uncomfortable with online transactions? We also accept certified cheques and money orders.

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in listing descriptions, all shipping is via Canada Post regular mail, with no tracking. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA & Canada 7-9 business days

UK & EUROPE 18-21 business days

ASIA, AUSTRALIA 21-28 business days

Expedited, tracked & express delivery are available. Please contact us to arrange!

LAYAWAY
Our layaway plan is easy! A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold item(s). You choose 30 or 45 days to pay the balance in full. No refunds are given if balance is not paid in full. Please email us with the items you wish to layaway and an invoice will be sent for the first deposit.
WE PURCHASE VINTAGE!
Do you have vintage clothing you wish to sell? We purchase pre 1970s, well cared for garments. If you are in the Toronto or surrounding area call 416-618-4978. If you are in the Montreal area, call 514-400-1635 to arrange an appointment. If you are located elsewhere, we still purchase and pay for shipping! Send us some photos. We pay half up-front and the remainder on delivery after looking over the garments.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted for store credit or refund – less return shipping costs. There is no expiry date on store credit. Please re-post items within 3 business days of receipt, it must return to us within 15 business days, unworn. Please contact us prior to returning your items. A %15 re-stocking fee may apply.

LOST/NON-DELIVERED ITEMS

Items can and do get lost in the mail! To maintain lower shipping costs for you, we choose regular Canada Post mail which does not provide tracking information. If you wish a tracking option, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Refunds will not be given for items lost in mail if no tracking option is purchased.

CUSTOMS/BORDER CROSSING
Cross border & international orders may incur customs fees & import duties. Buyer is responsible for these costs. Unfortunately, we cannot advise on what these costs may be as they vary greatly from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you have further inquiries.
